Refund policy
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
GiosGolfStore sells both new and used golf equipment. Used items may show signs of normal wear, which are clearly shown in product photos and descriptions.
Returns are only accepted if:

The item arrives damaged during shipping, or

The item received is significantly different from the product description
To request a return, customers must contact GiosGolfStore within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped back in the same condition as received. Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
